Unto the populace of An Tir, greetings from Ambergard Shire. Again the harvest has been found to be plentiful if late and we now find we long for friends to share in our bounty. Please come and join us for Harvest Celebration X.
Dinner is ready at 6:30 pm although we will open at 12 pm for other amusements like fighter practice and perhaps a tournament.
The feast features 3 courses of 5 dishes each and they are French, Italian and New World influenced.

Italian: Antipasto salad, Olive Focaccia Bread, Broiled Salmon with Mustard Herb Glaze, Frittata of Ham and Egg, Gingered Pear "Pizza"
French: "Wild" Mushroom Stew, "Black Swan" Dijon, Asparagus in Cream Sauce, Cauliflower in Bechamel Sauce, Clafouti aux mirabelles (Plum Custard Cake)
New World: Fresh Tomato + Basil+ Mozzarella, Smoked Cod, Polenta baked with cheese, Roast Turkey+Cranberry Sauce, Pumpkin Cheesecake with a graham crust.
We seek minstrels of dubious skill to compete for the “Filkin Cup” (made by local potters). Bring your best filks to the challenge.

The Ephrata Recreation Center, 112 Basin Street SW Ephrata will open at 1 pm for your pleasure and close at 11pm. Feast will be served at 6:30 pm.
Take your best route to Ephrata, WA. The site is the Ephrata Recreation Center 112 Basin Street SW. Basin Street is the main street through town. Look for the SCA signs.
Site fees: $15.00 for 13& up. $8 for 6-12 and 5 and under free. Family cap of 30.00
$5.00 non-member surcharge in force. Checks payable to Shire of Ambergard, SCA, Inc.
